AGM well attended, no surprises if you discount
the burglary! |
D Oscar Evans appointed new Club Captain - Jan Berry Lady
Captain |
Ladies Section performed well very proud of their best season to date |
The Men performed less well - under performed in fact |
PG 2 relegated to the new PG3 did not go down well, as the PG2 Capt
pointed out, the two un-played games were because the |

The Outdoor Season has commenced with a bit of a drubbing at Taffs
Well. Monday night "spoons" well attended 4 complete rinks with a
new bowler on each. Denzil (sneaky) Thomas won the first glasses of the
new season. CMWL at St Fagans Wednesday hope we catch them cold! |
Pentyrch appear to have gained another
fixture, a touring side from Sunderland in the North East of England. A
traditional Pentyrch welcome awaits them. |
This Season's John Calnan Cup was a thrilling affair
with Jan Berry's last wood clinching it for her rink. (Almost a penalty
shoot out!) |
