The Outdoor Season has commenced with a bit of a drubbing at Taffs Well.  Monday night "spoons" well attended 4 complete rinks with a new bowler on each. Denzil (sneaky) Thomas won the first glasses of the new season. CMWL at St Fagans Wednesday hope we catch them cold!
Pentyrch appear to have gained another fixture, a touring side from Sunderland in the North East of England. A traditional Pentyrch welcome awaits them.

This Season's John Calnan Cup was a thrilling affair with Jan Berry's last wood clinching it for her rink. (Almost a penalty shoot out!)
