Annual Presentation 2018

This year's Annual Dinner and Presentation took place at Creigiau Golf club again. A pleasant evening to celebrate successes on and off the green with members, former members and friends of the club. There was and added historical interest to the evening with Ann Parsons, wife of the late Alan Parsons, presenting a new trophy for the Men's Singles Championship. The winner was, of course, Nick Russell who had beaten his father, Iain in the final back in September. Unfortunately, Nick was unable to attend but his mother Fiona accepted the new trophy in Nick's absence. The presentations were made by Competition Secretary, Margaret Krawiecka who summarised the competitions eloquently and Chair, Jan Berry.
Thanks to everyone for attending and involved with making the evening another success. Special mentions to Margaret and Cyril Ellmes for the organisation of the evening, Colin Howson for sorting out the trophies, Kath Morris and Liz Cugley for the raffle, John Beacham for the official photography, Margaret Krawiecka for organising a full schedule of competitions, Jan Berry for hosting the evening and to Creigiau Golf Club for the venue and hospitality.
